validation

i stumbled upon this short film a little over a year ago and thought it was absolutely fantastic, and the countless short film awards its won display that. it's been all over the world to tons of film festivals, taking home a prize at most of them.

i'm not terribly big on smiling (yeah i have one plastered on my face for work, but it's hardly genuine). it's not that i'm unhappy, i'm just not barbie. i love the message the film puts out there, and it inspires me to (genuinely) smile more often. watching this film is fifteen minutes of your life well spent.
